1) Can I get same - day delivery?
On our website we have the “Same-Day Availability” page where you can see all the arrangements that can be delivered on the same day. The rest flower arrangements have to be preordered 1-3 days before.
2) Is the arrangement on the photo exactly what will be delivered?
The photos shown represent the overall theme and style of the arrangements. And due to the current worldwide flower shortage and supplies, designers may make appropriate substitutions of flower or container types or colors. Based on the availability and season that may not exactly match the photo image but will maintain the overall tone and feeling of the arrangement chosen. We hand select the best flowers available each and every day to assure the highest quality and style for each of our creations. Any substitutions made will reflect an equal or higher value as appeared.
Any changes (if needed) will be discussed and approved with a customer before the delivery.
3) How will I know if my order has been received?
All online orders are confirmed via e-mail. If there are any problems, you will be contacted via e-mail or by telephone with an explanation.
If you’ve ordered via Instagram/ phone number- we will text you about the delivery status just after it was delivered.
4) How are shipping and delivery charges determined?
Delivery fee calculates separately depends of current address by mileages from our flower studio.
5) What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver all over New York State and New Jersey for the delivery fee that depends of current address.

6) Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of payment for a 100% refund, 50% refunded to the buyer if the order is canceled after 12 hours of purchase and up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Money is not returned if the order was canceled less than 24 hours before the delivery.
7) Will you contact the recipient?
If you’ll add an instruction of how we can contact the recipient - we will obviously contact him. If you’ll prefer to keep the delivery as a surprise - we will do that.
8) Will my flowers be left if no one is home?
In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions on your order form. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery by the door with providing photographs.
9) What days and hours are you open?
We’re open from Monday until Sunday.
Working hours: 9am - 9pm.
For pick up the order you have to contact us first, place an order for a specific time, then you can come pick it up.
10) Is in-store pick up available for orders purchased online?
Yes, you have to book a specific time for pick up and come to get your order.
11) Can I pick a delivery time?
By preorder you can pick any comfortable delivery time for you. For the same - day orders we will let you know available time for deliveries and you would be able to choose the most comfortable for you.
12) Do you make corporate orders for businesses?
Yes, large orders are available for businesses and corporations. But they have to be preordered at least 10 days before.

13) Is tax included to the price of arrangement?
While all orders (excluding shipped items) are total prices delivered, we are unable to include the tax rate in the advertised price because this is a collection and not a sale.
