Delivey and PickUp Policy
Delivery
Delivery is performed from Tuesday to Saturday 10am-9pm, from Sunday to Monday 10am-7pm (Eastern Time Zone).
THE COST OF DELIVERY IS NOT INCLUDED TO THE PRICE OF THE BOUQUET AND CONSIDERS SEPARATELY WHEN PLACING THE ORDER IN THE SECTION «Checkout». If you want to order a delivery from 9pm to 10am (Eastern Time Zone), the shipping cost will be 2 times higher, and has to be preordered 1 day in advance by calling to phone number 9292718681. Deliveries from "Same Day Availability" page will be delivered no less than 3.5 hours after the order is placed. «Prefer delivery time» that you specify when placing an order, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery exactly at the specified time, so there may be delays in the range of 1-2 hours. (Depends of the delivery area)
During holidays such as Valentine's Day, International Women's Day (March 8), Mother's Day. Delivery charges may be higher from regular day.
«Same Day Availability» page at the Holiday time may take up to 6 hours to be delivered.
If No One is Home: In case if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions on your order form. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery by the door with providing photographs
PickUp
Pickup is available from from Tuesday to Saturday 10am-9pm, from Sunday to Monday 10am-7pm (Eastern Time Zone). Address: 217 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY, 11215 . "Same Day Availability" will be ready for pickup no less than 2 hours after placing the order. If you are placing an order for someone else for pickup you have to notify them by yourself.
During holidays such as Valentine's Day, International Women's Day (March 8) and Mother's Day the order will be ready for pickup at least in 4 hours
«Prefer Pickup time» by selecting the pick-up time, in case you are more than 30 minutes late, you must inform us (our contact details can be found in the "contact" section or call by the phone number 9292718681). If we have not received notification from you about your delay and could not contact you, we will send you a new pickup time, if after we do not appear your order will be canceled without a refund.
